So I have had about a week off of work for R&R. ITs been very nice. Sometimes I wonder why I am where I am in my life and am not happy with my shortcomings and the shortcomings of my loved ones. Then I realize for all the shortcomings, the little things that make me happy make it more than worth it. For example; the one I love makes coffee for me before I get out of bed, we snuggle and do puzzles together. We make sugar cookies and gingerbread trees covered in frosting to eat on Christmas while we open our presents. Its the little things that make the fact that I don't have a job I like, or a house I like not alright, but bearable. Everyone has to pay their dues in their professional carreers, I guess I was overdue on a payment a while back and now I am paying double.
